The Role:

We are looking for a vibrant, hardworking, and reliable Retail & Showroom Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis (38 hours per week). This is a hands-on role that blends customer service, interior styling, and store operations. If you have an eye for color and decor, a bubbly personality, and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Styling: Greet customers warmly, offer expert advice on home decoration, and help them select the perfect rugs to match their interiors.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom daily.
  • Stock Management: Conduct daily stock checks, handle inventory, and safely move and display products (ability to lift up to 20kg required).
  • Administrative Tasks: Use basic computer skills for daily retail operations, inventory tracking, and point-of-sale systems.

  • Physical Capability: Able to comfortably lift items weighing up to 20kg.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and retail software systems.
  • Flexibility: Available and flexible to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
